Eastern Cape Government: merSETA Apprenticeships 2024

In collaboration with merSETA, the Eastern Cape Government extends an invitation to South African unemployed graduates to apply for a 3-year Apprenticeship Programme 2024, offering 340 positions.

Program Details:

– Number of Positions: 340 apprenticeships available.
– Duration: 3-year training period.
– Location: Eastern Cape

Minimum Requirements:

– Age: 18-35 years.
– Education: Matric or N2 equivalent.
– Subject Requirements: Minimum 50% for English, maths, science, and trade theory.
– Citizenship: South African Citizen residing in the Eastern Cape Province.

– Auto Electrician
– Diesel Mechanic
– Motor Mechanic
– Panel Beating
– Millwrights
– Tractor Mechanic
– Fitting and Machining
– Earth Moving Equipment
– Fitter and Turner
– Autobody Repairs
– Refrigeration Maintenance
– Airconditioning Maintenance
– Welders
– Plumbing

Entry Requirements:

– N2 with relevant trade theory/NCV L4/Technical Matric for Electrical.
– N3 with relevant trade theory/NCV L4/Technical Matric for other trades.
