Job Description:
The role involves growing, managing, and retaining new and current customers to meet required sales volumes, contributing to overall company growth and superior customer service.
Position Overview:

Specific Role Responsibilities:
– Actively market and promote the Brand and Dealership in the targeted market.
– Penetrate the vehicle market professionally and efficiently.
– Identify and maintain customers to maximize sales.
– Ensure benchmark customer satisfaction and maintain dealership standards.
– Achieve and exceed targeted sales units and first gross profit.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Matric Grade 12 essential.
– Tertiary qualification (Desirable).
– Valid Driver’s license.
– VWSA – Preferably VW Sales certification.
– Over 1.5 years of Premium brand Vehicle Sales experience.
– Proven track record of an average CSI rating above national.
