Job Description:
The Graduate Trainee role serves as a developmental pipeline for key roles within business units. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations, proactive problem-solving, efficient planning, reporting, and updating of information relevant to the learning role. Trainees also participate in the innovation process, contribute to new innovations, engage in knowledge sharing, and execute activities to maximize skills required for the role. They manage their graduate development plan, attend training, and increase their competencies and skills. Living the values of the business is essential.
