Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at OneCart as a Customer Support Agent. In this role, you will be the voice of OneCart, responsible for handling real-time customer queries via calls, emails, and social media platforms. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, coupled with your empathy and compassion, will be essential in providing effective support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with order success agents to ensure efficient processes aligned with corporate goals.
– Exceed performance expectations by addressing customer queries promptly and effectively.
– Provide personalized support experiences across various communication channels.
– Monitor and address issues affecting business KPIs.
– Detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
– Resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
– Higher Certificate/Grade 12; college degree preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel or equivalent Google products.
– Flexible availability, including weekends.
