Qualifications and Experience:
– Grade 12 Matric qualification
– Minimum three years of proven experience in Retail Management
Responsibilities:

2. Stock Management: Control inventory levels, minimize losses, and maintain optimal stock availability.
3. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legislation and risk management standards.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
5. Financial Acumen: Manage cash flow, oversee financial transactions, and prioritize profitability.
6. Front and Back-Office Operations: Oversee cash handling and ensure operational efficiency.
