Duties & Responsibilities:

About the Role: As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our North American clients by assisting with website edits, addressing client inquiries, and providing guidance on maximizing their online marketing efforts. Continuous training will be provided to ensure you stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Reporting to the Team Leader – Client Support, you will collaborate closely with our allied healthcare brand, Perfect Patients, and Smile Marketing (dentists), focusing on client satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling incoming support calls, emails, and chats from live clients.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Offering guidance on implementing new digital marketing strategies to enhance website performance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client requests.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

How to Secure an Interview: To be considered for an interview, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Positive phone demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in direct client service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO and social media.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.

While experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The majority of your work hours will align with U.S. business hours (9am-5pm EDT/EST).
