Duties and Responsibilities:
– Assisting in managing all aspects of a store
– Maximizing turnover and profit
– Minimizing shrinkage by monitoring stock-related risks
– Delivering exceptional customer service by implementing customer experience strategy
– Leading talent selection, training, coaching, retention, and recognizing initiatives for all team members
