Barron is offering an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Consultant to join their team as part of their annual YES intake. The YES program aims to provide unemployed youth from previously disadvantaged backgrounds with meaningful work experience for 12 months.
Basic Requirements:
– South African Citizen
– Younger than 29 years old
– From a previously disadvantaged background (African, Coloured, Indian)
– No prior participation in the YES initiative
– Currently unemployed
Preference Given To Candidates With:
– NQF 4 / 5 Qualification
– Computer literacy
– Communication skills
– Basic problem-solving skills
– Numeracy

About the Program:
The YES (Youth Employment Service) program at Barron is designed to provide young individuals with practical work experience, enhancing their employability and skills.
